New Graphic Card helpz

Posted this on ko4life but mby some1 here can help me ^^

Ey guys so I decided to get a new graphic card for my:

Elite HPE-530sc
Specs:
Intel® Core™ i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
8.00GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GT 420

At the moment I am looking at the GFX 560

Would it fit/work?

I have GTX 550 , ran EUKO beta smoothly from morning to night without fps lag.

Cool, decided to buy those 2 and I hope to run bf3 on decent specs with a high fps :b

BF3 will definitely crash. The only thing left to do is play EUKO. Darn. Basketball
