Crazy mofo ping on vent

So yeah... Idk why I have crazy ping on vent (not just this 1, in others to)... If the vent isnt located in Israel I lag like crazy.... Beside yellin at my net provider, what can I do to fix it or make it less laggie?

Is it possible to use a VPN and run only vent with the VPN and run the game with my own net?

what country are you from and what is your ping at vent? i am from Australia and the server is hosted in California or something and i get 250 ping, which is okay to deal with

Israel and idk sometimes I have 250~350 to but when many players in 1 chanel it start to go crazy and jump from 250 till 3k xD (its not always on 3k, just sometimes, like spike lags)

It's our ISP just like ingame , it's fucked up... I have the same problem.
